Management Accounting

The Controlling department supports the management process within the Department for Social Affairs, Immigration, Health & Climate and the Department for Education, Youth, Culture & Sport, and provides tools and information relevant to objective decision-making. Department heads and specialist services are supported by the departmental Controlling team.

• Funding for childcare
• Data analysis
• Reporting for the Department for Family, Education and Social Affairs (quarterly reports)
• Standards in individual service areas
• Evaluations and analyses of cost-intensive areas
• Strategic objectives of the Department and operational objectives of the specialist services
• Collaboration within the Internet project team

• Reporting
