Open-ended work with children

The open-access children’s centres are aimed at children aged 10 to 14. Here, children can meet up, spend their free time together and take part in a wide range of activities. Activities take place in the afternoons, at weekends and during the school holidays. The centres work in partnership with schools, school social workers and local clubs.

There are three open youth clubs in Jena; you’ll find an overview of the clubs below. The clubs’ websites feature details of their current holiday programmes.
