Painting competition for children and young people from the north of Jena

We invite all children and young people and their parents!

The city administration of Jena is calling on all children and young people aged 0 to 18, their parents and all Jena daycare centers and schools from the North social area to get involved creatively: "Show us your Jena North - with brush, pen and heart. One neighborhood - many perspectives."

Create your picture of life, everyday life or your vision for Jena North. Whether you are just learning to walk, are in nursery, go to school or are a young person wanting to show your ideas - your contribution counts! Whether colorful, thoughtful, imaginative or realistic - we look forward to your view of Jena North!

The closing date for entries is 07.11.2025. A jury will select the best three entries in a total of 5 age categories (0 to 3 years, 4 to 6 years, 7 to 9 years, 10 to 13 years and 14 - 18 years). The winning entries will be exhibited at the 1st social space conference "WerkStadt - Leben in Jena Nord" on 13.12.2025 and will be included in the discussions on the future of the neighborhood.
